What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship building to closing complex transactions.
- Drive total growth and profitability for an assigned vertical, meeting and exceeding financial quotas and performance metrics.
- Develop and execute a proactive strategy to build a robust sales pipeline and anticipate industry opportunities.
- Lead the discovery process by asking probing questions and communicating compelling business cases to stakeholders.
- Communicate the company's vision and brand strategy to potential clients, ensuring value propositions align with customer needs.
- Implement value-selling processes leveraging a deep knowledge of the product portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or technology-based industries.
- Proven record of negotiating and closing new client sales, including contracts, pricing, and SLAs.
- Verified ability to consistently attain monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
- Demonstrated experience in gaining access to and creating credibility within the VP-suite of targeted clients.
- Authorized to work from the United States.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
