TL;DR

Commercial Sales Executive (HR Tech): Driving business growth and closing complex deals for mission-critical background screening solutions with an accent on consultative selling and strategic relationship management. Focus on building sound business cases, navigating the VP-suite of Fortune 100/Global 500 brands, and optimizing the sales pipeline.

Location: 100% Remote (Must be authorized and working from the United States)

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 before bonus structure

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship building to closing complex transactions.
  • Drive total growth and profitability for an assigned vertical, meeting and exceeding financial quotas and performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute a proactive strategy to build a robust sales pipeline and anticipate industry opportunities.
  • Lead the discovery process by asking probing questions and communicating compelling business cases to stakeholders.
  • Communicate the company's vision and brand strategy to potential clients, ensuring value propositions align with customer needs.
  • Implement value-selling processes leveraging a deep knowledge of the product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or technology-based industries.
  • Proven record of negotiating and closing new client sales, including contracts, pricing, and SLAs.
  • Verified ability to consistently attain monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Demonstrated experience in gaining access to and creating credibility within the VP-suite of targeted clients.
  • Authorized to work from the United States.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
