What you will do

• Perform online research on criminal records and conduct in-depth compliance analysis.
• Cross-check professional and personal records entered via the company platform.
• Mentor new joiners and perform quality checks for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date information files and records.
• Communicate compliance issues and risks to management.
• Adhere to IT policy and data security guidelines.

Requirements

• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills (written and oral).
• Must be based in Colombia.
• At least 1+ year of experience, preferably in BPO/KPO or fact-checking roles.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
