TL;DR

Bilingual Tenders and Contracts Specialist (Medtech): Coordinating the sales tendering process and managing customer contracts across all divisions with an accent on RFP/RFQ submissions and contract lifecycle management. Location: Hybrid (3-4 days at home), based in Mississauga, Canada

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

  • Monitor tender websites and coordinate RFP/RFQ/RFI responses with sales, finance, marketing, and regulatory teams.
  • Lead the full tender process from kickoff to submission, ensuring all required documentation and certifications are complete.
  • Manage the process of contract renewals and ensure pricing accuracy within SAP.
  • Prepare medical equipment quotes using GForce (Salesforce) and maintain the Canadian reference database.
  • Analyze pricing data and synthesize complex data points into cohesive reports for management.
  • Calculate and submit rebate payments to the Finance department.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a tenders or contracts coordinator/analyst.
  • Post-secondary education degree.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (verbal and written).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts as they relate to contract management.
  • Must be based in Mississauga, Canada for a hybrid work arrangement.
