What you will do
- Coach and mentor a team of SDRs and Inbound AEs to drive performance and career growth.
- Optimize the inbound funnel from MQL to SQL in collaboration with Marketing to improve lead quality.
- Analyze pipeline metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements to exceed quotas.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Outbound, and Implementation teams to align the customer journey.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Requirements
- Language skills in Dutch and English are a must.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or solution-based selling.
- Experience leading or coaching a sales team.
- Strong track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
