TL;DR
Sales Channel & Affiliates Manager (SaaS): Driving revenue growth for the TeamMate platform through a partner-led sales model in the Netherlands and Nordics with an accent on strategic partner management and large-enterprise account development. Focus on managing complex long-cycle enterprise sales, leading commercial negotiations, and building senior-level relationships.
Location: Hybrid (8 days/month), Must be based in the Netherlands

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth via a single strategic sales partner responsible for pre-sales and after-sales delivery.
- Maintain long-term relationships with approximately 75 customers across the Netherlands and Nordics.
- Manage complex, long-cycle enterprise sales from pipeline generation through to closing.
- Lead legal and contractual negotiations in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new business development and existing account growth.
- Handle sales forecasting, outbound prospecting, and represent the company at industry conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 3+ years of extensive experience in Sales, Account Management, and Partner Management.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Proven track record in international B2B enterprise software sales.
- Experience working with sales partners or channel-based sales models.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and events approximately once every two months.
