TL;DR

Sales Channel & Affiliates Manager (SaaS): Driving revenue growth for the TeamMate platform through a partner-led sales model in the Netherlands and Nordics with an accent on strategic partner management and large-enterprise account development. Focus on managing complex long-cycle enterprise sales, leading commercial negotiations, and building senior-level relationships.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month), Must be based in the Netherlands

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth via a single strategic sales partner responsible for pre-sales and after-sales delivery.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with approximately 75 customers across the Netherlands and Nordics.
  • Manage complex, long-cycle enterprise sales from pipeline generation through to closing.
  • Lead legal and contractual negotiations in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for new business development and existing account growth.
  • Handle sales forecasting, outbound prospecting, and represent the company at industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 3+ years of extensive experience in Sales, Account Management, and Partner Management.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Proven track record in international B2B enterprise software sales.
  • Experience working with sales partners or channel-based sales models.
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings and events approximately once every two months.
