What you will do

• Own global partner onboarding, enablement, program design, and operational processes.
• Design and launch scalable global partner programs across all GTM partner types.
• Define and evolve partner program frameworks to support scale, quality, and performance.
• Establish governance models, benchmarks, and KPIs across the full partner lifecycle.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Partner Marketing, and Partner Service Delivery to align GTM motions.
• Track partner performance against SLAs and drive continuous improvement via data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and scaling global partner programs.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end partner lifecycle (recruitment to revenue).
• Experience working within complex, matrixed, global organizations.
• Strong understanding of global partnership operational best practices.
• Methodical, process-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Must be UK-based and within commuting distance of central London.
