What you will do

• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Build and sell Live Events packages based on brand approvals for music, festivals, and theatre briefs.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end implementation and delivery of multi-platform partnership campaigns.
• Collaborate with branded content, commercial talent, and digital design teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Manage communication and problem-solving between internal stakeholders and clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a media environment, ideally within the Live Events sector.
• Proven project management expertise with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience working directly with agencies or clients to manage complex projects.
• Ability to implement cross-media campaigns across multiple brands.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to persuade and align stakeholders.
• Must be based in London to work from Holborn or Leicester Square offices.
