What you will do

• Proactively identify opportunities for license expansion and cross-selling complementary products to align with customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across technical, practical, economic, and procurement roles.
• Conduct business reviews 6–9 months prior to renewals to assess usage and adjust licenses or products.
• Validate product value, communicate ROI, and gather customer success stories.
• Create quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance teams to address needs and improve offerings.

Requirements

• 3+ years in account management, customer success, or related role focused on sales and retention.
• Strong understanding of sales cycle, including quoting, contracting, and closing.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for complex organizations.
• Proactive problem-solving, critical thinking, and self-directed work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and quickly learn new technologies.
