TL;DR

Account Development Manager (Private Equity/Venture Capital): Driving growth by deepening relationships with existing clients and identifying expansion opportunities within accounts with an accent on consultative sales strategies and long-term client engagement. Focus on managing sales pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, and winning back past clients through targeted outreach and industry expertise.

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (in the office 5 days a week). Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

  • Achieve quarterly sales goals while delivering excellent client experiences through in-person meetings, phone, and email.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand user base and exceed sales and retention targets within your account portfolio.
  • Develop long-term strategies, set growth goals, and execute plans to increase client engagement over multi-year horizons.
  • Conduct consultative product demonstrations highlighting how the hirify.global platform meets client needs.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Associates on account growth strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles using Catalyst, Salesforce, Gong, and Highspot, including prospecting via LinkedIn and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Proven ability to close complex deals and oversee end-to-end sales processes
  • Prior experience with Catalyst, Salesforce, or similar CRM for forecasting and record-keeping
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Interest in private equity and venture capital marketplace preferred
  • Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
