What you will do

• Own full customer lifecycle for assigned Enterprise accounts, ensuring adoption, value realization, satisfaction, and growth.
• Partner with Sales and Client Success to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver contracted services.
• Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and stakeholders to influence decisions and achieve business outcomes.
• Manage client relationships through face-to-face interactions, gather intelligence, and design KPIs for ROI demonstration.
• Lead service reviews, strategic account planning, and risk mitigation to support expansion and retention.
• Develop industry knowledge to advise on market dynamics and optimal use of D&B solutions.

Requirements
