What you will do

• Maintain and improve quality control systems for Low Voltage Switchgear and Busbar products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and supplier quality to resolve issues.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and improve site quality performance.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) based on root cause analysis.
• Act as Quality Management Representative and support ISO and other relevant certifications.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Quality and Manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), specifically ISO 9001.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent certification.
• Additional certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO 9001.
