What you will do

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for designated deals under $100k, from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Map existing accounts strategically to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Utilize sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach to track activities and convert leads.
  • Participate in discovery calls and refine sales pitches to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Must be based in South Korea
  • Proven experience in SaaS opportunity creation and sales.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a full-cycle hunter and closer.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in Korean is required for this territory-specific role.
