What you will do
- Identify optimization potential in the end-to-end sales funnel and drive measurable improvements
- Lead digitalization and automation of sales processes using AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents
- Own evolution of CRM landscape (SAP Sales & Service Cloud) in partnership with SAP
- Collaborate with stakeholders, global partners, and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to execute initiatives
- Design and rollout SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions globally for standardized service processes
- Build and deliver training concepts, tools, and frameworks to elevate sales capabilities
- Incorporate external best practices to evolve sales excellence and customer engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- >3 years in sales management, commercial excellence, or similar in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong analytical and process design skills to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and project management experience with multiple priorities
