What you will do

• Maintain full commercial and contractual ownership of 15-20 enterprise accounts.
• Drive growth and retention by identifying upsales and cross-sales opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CxOs and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with UK leadership and the Helsinki-based Account Management organization.
• Transform technical knowledge of the software into tailored solution proposals for customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of managing six-figure B2B solution sales across enterprise accounts.
• Fluent English communication and presentation skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK (no relocation sponsorship provided).
• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Nice to have

• Prior understanding or experience in procurement.
• Ability to hold business discussions in French or German.
