TL;DR
Director, Partner Sales (SaaS): Leading the APJ Alliances & Channels Team to build and scale cloud provider ecosystem partnerships with an accent on joint GTM initiatives and marketplace distribution. Focus on driving partner-sourced pipeline, executing strategic business plans, and optimizing SaaS offerings within cloud marketplaces.
Location: Singapore. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What you will do
- Lead a team of APJ-based partner managers to build end-to-end partnerships, including contractual and marketplace requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships across cloud partners to increase visibility and growth.
- Drive joint business planning, defining mutual performance objectives and target customers.
- Collaborate with internal alliance teams to launch SaaS offerings for on partner platforms.
- Manage and grow the partner-sourced pipeline, monitoring opportunities and deal wins.
- Oversee partner enablement, training, and educational sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive experience.
- Extensive proven experience in alliances, business partnerships, and account management within the APJ region.
- Significant track record of building and leading successful at-scale cloud provider ecosystem partnerships.
- Proven ability to create joint business plans, value propositions, and GTM strategies.
- Must have valid work authorization for Singapore (visa sponsorship is not available).
Nice to have
- Experience in the Observability domain within APJ.
- Experience with Global Delivery Models.
- Ability to synthesize, communicate, and evangelize a vision to internal and external partners.
