Regional Partner Manager - SEA (Cybersecurity): Building scalable partner routes to market and executing channel strategies across Southeast Asia with an accent on partner growth, cloud security, and regional commercial objectives. Focus on developing joint business plans, mapping partner accounts, managing escalations, and coordinating pipeline operations across sales, technical, legal, and marketing teams.
Location: Remote - Singapore. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Own regional partner relationships and drive commercial business across Southeast Asia.
- Design and execute channel strategies focused on pipeline generation, partner enablement, and business objectives.
- Build joint business plans with global channel, regional sales, and technical teams.
- Develop partner business plans, conduct account mapping, and influence partners' cloud strategies.
- Lead partner enablement, deliver product pitches, and collaborate on regional partner campaigns.
- Manage partner escalations, agreements, deal registration, private offers, forecasting, and pipeline administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of channel or partner management experience in the SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
- Experience working across the Southeast Asia region.
- Experience with partner recruitment, enablement, onboarding, and partner-facing sales.
- Ability to collaborate with global channel, regional field sales, and technical teams.
- Must have the legal right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience building channel strategies across Southeast Asia.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP marketplaces.
- Experience with SFDC, Workspan, agreement routing, and partner budget management.
- Proven record of exceeding pipeline generation or partner business targets.
