Associate Sales Engineer (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Consult with customers to identify software development improvement opportunities using hirify.global solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations for Software Supply Chain and DevSecOps practices.
• Deliver software demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, and reference architectures.
• Educate sales colleagues on product knowledge and assist with RFP/RFIs.
• Communicate customer product feedback to the product management team.
• Act as a DevSecOps technical advisor to the community and attend industry trade shows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of software development or relevant pre-sales/consulting experience.
• Proficiency with SDLC tooling, including VCS (git, svn), build tools (Jenkins), and package managers (Maven, Gradle, NPM).
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Openshift.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of study.
• Experience in application security or DevSecOps.
• Ability to speak a European language (French, Spanish, German, Swedish, etc.).
