TL;DR

Sales Development Representative - UK & I (Cybersecurity): Proactively prospect and qualify new business opportunities in Workforce Solutions for the UK&I market with an accent on cold calling, email campaigns, and lead generation. Focus on uncovering contacts, setting meetings, educating prospects on identity security solutions, and managing pipelines in Salesforce.

Location: Hybrid role from Tuesday to Thursday based in our office in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

  • Proactively prospect new business opportunities with major accounts via cold calls, emails, prospecting tools, and marketing leads
  • Cold call into accounts to uncover contacts and set meetings with the field team
  • Educate prospects on hirify.global’s privileged account security solutions, terminology, features, and benefits
  • Understand prospect business issues to match fitting solutions and drive engagement
  • Drive traffic to online and offline events like tradeshows, webinars, and seminars
  • Manage and track opportunities and pipelines in Salesforce
  • Recommend items to increase customer satisfaction and profitability

Requirements

  • Native English
  • 1-2+ years in sales/business development, preferably selling software/technology solutions
  • Cold calling experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments
  • Background or experience in technology, information security, or software selling
  • Knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Proven track record of meeting quota consistently
  • Creative problem-solving, strong interpersonal skills, and team culture fit
