TL;DR
Senior Account Manager (Digital Publishing): Supporting and growing key strategic accounts for a leading games company with an accent on revenue growth and partner relationship management. Location: Hybrid in Portugal (Onsite 1-3 times per week if based in Lisbon; different cadence if based outside Lisbon)

What you will do
- Support quarterly and annual revenue and user growth targets.
- Execute and maintain account plans to drive revenue growth for each partner.
- Identify new opportunities within existing partnerships to expand relationships.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiations with existing partners.
- Maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders at high-profile digital brands.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities within partner accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Publisher Partnership or Account Management experience.
- Proven track record of growing revenue-sharing partnerships.
- Understanding of advertising concepts such as programmatic, native, and eCPM.
- Strong data analysis, strategic thinking, and negotiation capabilities.
- Comfort working with high-profile global brands.
- Must be based in Portugal.
