What you will do

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in OTC derivatives, achieving sales targets.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with institutional clients, providing tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through complex derivative transactions, offering market insights and strategic advice.
• Manage client portfolio, navigate regulations, and ensure seamless trade execution.
• Collaborate with trading, structuring, legal, and operations teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Use programming skills to optimize workflows and reduce operational errors.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of OTC derivative products, particularly forwards and options trading
• Proven experience in client-facing sales trading role
• Track record of building relationships with institutional clients (asset managers, hedge funds, corporations, banks)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of market regulations and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field

• Existing network of institutional clients
• Programming experience for operational efficiencies
• Strong background in macro trading across crypto, equities, fixed income, energy, and fiat
