What you will do

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand payment solutions across Europe.
• Build and maintain relationships with payment providers, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners.
• Negotiate partnerships and drive revenue growth through onboarding and expanding payment methods.
• Provide market insights to Product team for localizing payment solutions and support new product launches.
• Conduct market research on European fintech ecosystem, analyze trends, and prepare data-informed reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years in business development, sales, product, or partnerships in payments/fintech with focus on Europe
• Deep knowledge of European payment systems, local methods, and regulations (PSD2/PSD3, PCI DSS, AML/KYC)
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA plus)
• Fluency in English required
