Salary: €271K – €339K (OTE, offers equity)

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base, aligning with customer executive teams.
- Lead, motivate, recruit, onboard, and coach a sales team of Account Executives to meet pipeline and sales goals.
- Manage key customer relationships, participate in closing strategic opportunities, and prepare sales forecasts.
- Identify market shifts, support AEs in new business development, and collaborate with marketing and product teams.
- Build executive sponsor relationships, resolve deal issues, network at conferences, and lead high-level negotiations.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading multinational sales teams selling to large F100 businesses, preferably in DevSecOps, with track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills for hiring, training, retention, and performance evaluation of high-performing teams.
- Analytical and strategic planning skills for diverse geographic footprints.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Customer success focus with long-term executive relationships.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar methodologies.
