What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for inbound trial users, from initial contact to conversion and onboarding
  • Engage trial customers via calls and emails to understand needs and demonstrate hirify.global's value
  • Conduct tailored product demos to guide users toward purchasing decisions
  • Track interactions in hirify.global CRM, manage follow-ups, and progress deals
  • Support decision-making by addressing questions and overcoming objections
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success on lead distribution in France and EMEA

Requirements

  • 1 year full-cycle Account Executive experience or 2+ years as Sales Development Representative
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales processes
  • Excellent communication skills: active listening, questioning, relationship-building
  • Strong organization and attention to detail for follow-ups and documentation
  • Ability to handle challenges with a customer-first approach
  • Goal-oriented with competitive drive and team collaboration
  • Fluency in English
