What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for inbound trial users, from initial contact to conversion and onboarding
- Engage trial customers via calls and emails to understand needs and demonstrate 's value
- Conduct tailored product demos to guide users toward purchasing decisions
- Track interactions in CRM, manage follow-ups, and progress deals
- Support decision-making by addressing questions and overcoming objections
- Collaborate with sales and customer success on lead distribution in France and EMEA
Requirements
- 1 year full-cycle Account Executive experience or 2+ years as Sales Development Representative
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes
- Excellent communication skills: active listening, questioning, relationship-building
- Strong organization and attention to detail for follow-ups and documentation
- Ability to handle challenges with a customer-first approach
- Goal-oriented with competitive drive and team collaboration
- Fluency in English
