What you will do

• Initiate and coordinate cross-team projects, setting and communicating goals and timelines
• Facilitate decision-making and implement procedural and technical changes
• Meet challenging deadlines amid conflicting priorities
• Introduce new processes and ensure they are reproducible
• Align needs and interests of diverse stakeholders up to C-level

Requirements

• 10+ years as Technical Project Manager on cross-team projects or Staff Architect with large teams (20+ people); preferably some SWE experience
• Strong technical knowledge in SW architecture and infrastructure technologies
• Analytical mindset with SQL/Python/shell scripting skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication

• Knowledge of recent hardware advances (GPUs, CPUs, Networking)
