Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, based at the Basingstoke office, United Kingdom, with homeworking by prior agreement. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm. Some travel with overnight stays in the UK and abroad may be required.

What you will do

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and scoping to solution delivery and handover.
• Plan basic proofs of concept through complex, multi-phase, multi-site deployments.
• Develop work breakdown structures, project controls, documentation, and delivery tooling.
• Manage budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, scope, and project changes.
• Coordinate internal departments, customers, suppliers, and external third parties.
• Report project performance and deliver clear communications to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least five years of project management experience in networking, telecommunications, or cybersecurity.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification or a similar certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational, leadership, people management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent MS Office skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence required.
