🔧 Requirements:
· The role requires a proactive leader who can create clarity, align stakeholders and drive tangible business outcomes.
· Experience delivering complex cloud migration, IT transformation, infrastructure or service transition projects;
· Strong delivery planning and governance skills across multiple workstreams and priorities;
· Technical aptitude to work effectively with Architects, Technical Leads and SMEs;
· Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, reporting and documentation skills;
· Proactive, outcome-focused approach with strong ownership, problem-solving and follow-through;
· Highly organized, structured and resilient, with a collaborative leadership style.
✨ Responsibilities:
· Lead the transformation and migration project through implementation and operational handover;
· Manage plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, governance records and stakeholder reporting;
· Drive delivery, resolve risks and blockers, and maintain visibility of decisions and actions;
· Align Architects, Technical Leads and SMEs, facilitate technical discussions and translate complex topics into business language;
· Manage stakeholders, expectations and conflicts;
· Lead outcome-focused workshops and governance forums covering business impact, communications, readiness and service transition.
