Senior Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in St. Paul, Minnesota for candidates near an hirify.global office; remote work is available for candidates outside commuting distance. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead technology projects and programs from intake and scoping through execution, quality assessment, delivery, and closure.
• Manage client-facing implementations, feature delivery, platform modernization, data migration, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, manage dependencies and change requests, and resolve scope and resource conflicts.
• Govern portfolios across enterprise accounts, tracking interdependencies, shared resources, schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, engineering, QA, data, DevOps, and executive stakeholders.
• Use and improve AI-driven planning, reporting, forecasting, documentation, and financial modeling tools while validating their accuracy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an associate’s degree.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional technology projects in B2B SaaS, professional services, or consulting environments.
• Professional experience using AI tools in project management or delivery, including measurable efficiency or delivery improvements.
• Fluency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SDLC practices, CI/CD, release management, QA gates, APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud environments.
• Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification.
• Knowledge of incentive, loyalty, engagement, or marketing technology.
