Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst (AI)

Provides custom software development delivery and business analysis services for complex, high-risk, and technically demanding client engagements.

What you will do

• Own delivery outcomes, timelines, commitments, stakeholder alignment, risks, dependencies, and client confidence across complex engagements.
• Set up and manage project boards in Azure DevOps and Jira, using delivery metrics to forecast outcomes and drive decisions.
• Shape MVP, release, and delivery strategies while leading scope challenges, priority changes, delivery resets, and escalations.
• Own backlog prioritization, sequencing, refinement, and tradeoffs; convert business objectives and processes into epics, features, stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Lead requirements discovery, whiteboard sessions, business-process analysis, technical-feasibility discussions, and end-to-end UAT.
• Coach Project Managers and Business Analysts and improve delivery, forecasting, governance, requirements, and PMO practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years delivering custom, high-code software development projects, including complex, high-risk, or technically demanding engagements.
• Strong command of the SDLC and agile delivery, with experience adapting delivery approaches to project conditions.
• End-to-end experience with project boards, product backlogs, requirements discovery, story readiness, business processes, and UAT.
• Technical fluency in integrations, APIs, data architecture, architecture discussions, and non-functional impacts.
• C1+ English required, with experience in global and distributed environments; experience coaching or mentoring Project Managers and Business Analysts.

Nice to have

• PMP, Scrum, Product Owner, scaled-agile, or business analysis certifications.
• Experience with low-code, integration-heavy, or application modernization initiatives.
• Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, cloud environments, or data-pipeline collaboration.
