What you will do

  • Execute sales strategies by cold calling vacation rental owners and handling full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Track activities rigorously, meet monthly targets, and conduct in-person or remote meetings for market insights.
  • Support onboarding of new team members and organize virtual/in-person events to promote hirify.global and build host community.
  • Analyze account data to improve performance, build key customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as main contact for Balearic Islands owners, advise on product usage, negotiate, and upsell.
  • Coordinate property go-live processes and collaborate with product/content teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements

  • Near-native Spanish skills and fluent English
  • Driver's license
  • High self-motivation for convincing homeowners via cold calling, remote meetings, and face-to-face.
  • Positive mindset, empathic personality for strong relationships, solution-driven and organized approach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills, ability to stay calm and friendly.
  • Experience in sales, account management, travel industry, or online business.
