Location: Hybrid in Spain, working with Spanish colleagues and reporting to Sales Director in Spain
Salary: €30,000–€43,000 annual base (depending on seniority)

What you will do
- Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers in the Spanish market.
- Collaborate closely with Spanish colleagues and business partners to convert leads into customers.
- Gather market information to identify strengths, weaknesses and new business opportunities.
- Determine sales objectives and establish annual account plans with the Sales Director.
- Work with internal departments like Consultancy and Marketing to meet market demands.
- Operate autonomously with team support, emphasizing camaraderie and collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in agile environments, SaaS or HRIS (plus).
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, strategic and commercial thinker with hunter profile and analytical skills.
- Strong drive, energy, enthusiasm, persistence, focus, motivation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter able to work autonomously, with adaptability, flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Fluent Spanish required; good English knowledge for international context.
