What you will do
- Define and implement a comprehensive channel strategy focused on European GSIs.
- Negotiate and establish joint business plans with key partners to ensure alignment on revenue and execution.
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships with GSI partners to foster trust and mutual success.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share through the GSI ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, marketing, and operations teams.
- Provide accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting on GSI-driven initiatives to leadership.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development with a focus on GSIs.
- Proven success in executing strategic initiatives with global or regional systems integrators.
- Strong understanding of the IT or collaboration solutions industry, including enterprise hardware and SaaS.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships at senior management levels.
- English: Fluent (required).
- Location: Must be based in London for a hybrid work setup.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French or other European languages.
- Experience in a leadership role working with GSIs or regional/global partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and technology ecosystems used in enterprise solutions.
