What you will do

• Manage customer enquiries, produce accurate quotations, process orders, and support sales operations improvements.
• Identify and engage new clients via outreach, networking, and marketing collaboration to deliver growth strategies.
• Drive commercial success by improving enquiry-to-order conversions, generating revenue, and creating business cases for services.
• Maintain Salesforce reporting, prepare business plans and updates, and support responsible sales practices.
• Conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and build strong client relationships with internal team collaboration.

Requirements

• Sales qualification or equivalent experience demonstrated.
• Full clean UK driving licence.

Nice to have

• Degree or equivalent in scientific, technical, or engineering discipline.
• Customer service qualification (e.g., NVQ, Practitioner, Institute of Customer Service).
