What you will do
- Lead and mentor Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets in WEUR.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise clients and pipeline generation.
- Coach team on sales skills and foster continuous learning.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships for aligned growth.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
- Maintain documentation for sales processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading Business Development teams in WEUR region for enterprise sales
- Experience in Business Development at a B2B SaaS company
- Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from sales data
- Ability to collaborate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Nice to have
- Experience in Conversational AI (ConvAI) space
- Additional Southern European languages
