What you will do
- Follow up on assigned leads to ensure correct client discovery and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct weekly outbound prospecting and networking to develop self-generated leads.
- Manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Produce accurate proposals and work with pricing models to achieve required margins.
- Collaborate with SD and SDS colleagues to ensure client KPIs are met.
Requirements
- Proven track record of selling products or services in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Demonstrable experience in pipeline development and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and German.
- Experience managing quotations, bids, and proposals.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and standard IT programs.
- Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.
