Test Engineer (RF/ATE)

What you will do

• Responsible for product support and detailed failure analysis.
• Drive new product transfers, as well as part and software qualification work.
• Perform Design Verification on new products to achieve performance goals.
• Interface with suppliers, design engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Conduct product performance and reliability analysis to drive improvements.
• Support external customers and coordinate technical issues with the US engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE).
• 5+ years of working experience in test equipment and device for test programming.
• Ability to read technical instructions, schematics, and BOMs.
• Knowledge of AC/RLC circuits, frequency domain, and RF connectors.
• Proficiency in process control tools, SPC, ISO9000, and AS9100C.
• Must be based in Penang; the company cannot provide relocation or visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global UltraFlex/UltraFlex+ Systems and IGXL Software.
• Background in Failure Analysis and ATE.
