What you will do

• Maintain and optimize production test programs to ensure stable and high-quality performance in high-volume manufacturing.
• Lead root-cause analysis for yield excursions, test escapes, and customer returns to eliminate test holes.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), industrialization, and the transfer of test flows between global sites.
• Collaborate with hardware teams on load boards, probe cards, and interface hardware troubleshooting and design.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives through test time optimization and standardization of test methods globally.
• Prepare technical reports and engineering change notices in alignment with corporate quality systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Proven experience in sustaining or production test engineering within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of Analog and Logic IC devices.
• Proficiency in C/C++ or equivalent languages used in ATE environments.
• Practical experience with semiconductor ATE platforms (ETS88, ETS364, Magnum preferred).
• Ability to interpret PCB schematics.

Nice to have

• Experience with power management ICs.
• PCB or circuit design experience.
• Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, and curve tracers.
