What you will do
- Maintain and optimize production test programs to ensure stable and high-quality performance in high-volume manufacturing.
- Lead root-cause analysis for yield excursions, test escapes, and customer returns to eliminate test holes.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), industrialization, and the transfer of test flows between global sites.
- Collaborate with hardware teams on load boards, probe cards, and interface hardware troubleshooting and design.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives through test time optimization and standardization of test methods globally.
- Prepare technical reports and engineering change notices in alignment with corporate quality systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Proven experience in sustaining or production test engineering within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of Analog and Logic IC devices.
- Proficiency in C/C++ or equivalent languages used in ATE environments.
- Practical experience with semiconductor ATE platforms (ETS88, ETS364, Magnum preferred).
- Ability to interpret PCB schematics.
Nice to have
- Experience with power management ICs.
- PCB or circuit design experience.
- Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, and curve tracers.
