What you will do

• Act as project lead for new equipment installation or improvement actions.
• Identify equipment risks using EFMEA and develop action plans to close gaps.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to meet quality goals in collaboration with the process team.
• Review and follow up on QA roving audits to monitor effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support and buy off new equipment, designs, and processes.
• Coordinate qualification and validation for new product or process changes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience in test equipment, manufacturing, or process quality.
• Proficiency in SPC, process data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with M/PCps, FMEA, failure analysis, and reliability assessment.
• Knowledge of internal audits according to IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3 standards.
