Graduate Talent (RF Test Product Development Engineer)

Location: Malaysia, Penang. Hybrid work model with time split between the assigned hirify.global site and off-site work.

What you will do

• Ensure integrated-circuit testability and manufacturability from component feasibility through production ramp.
• Design, develop, validate, debug, and optimize testability circuits and complex RF test methods.
• Develop software in C++ or Java to convert design-validation vectors and control complex test equipment.
• Develop and debug test-validation and production-test hardware solutions.
• Test, validate, modify, and redesign circuits to maintain component margins against specifications.
• Analyze yield, bin-split capability, customer returns, and test-hole closure while optimizing production quality and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Good programming skills in C++ or Java.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing and RF testing.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of radio technology, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RF test methods, RF instruments, and Automated Test Equipment is advantageous.
