What you will do

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for ATE testers and prober equipment to minimize downtime.
• Lead the installation, setup, and qualification of new tester and prober equipment, including upgrades for better efficiency.
• Provide technical support to production and operations teams, collaborating with Process and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and standardize equipment operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance guidelines.
• Manage spare parts inventory and identify cost-effective sourcing solutions.
• Drive MVA projects and initiatives to reduce Die Free Package Cost (DFPC).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with ATE and prober handling.
• Hands-on experience in a wafer test environment.
• Knowledge of machine safety standards such as CE and SEMI S2/S8.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Maintenance or Safety.
• Experience with PLCs, control systems, and automation.
• Project management and statistical data analysis skills.
