What you will do

• Monitor, evaluate and provide final opinion for hybrid powertrains on driveability, performance, efficiency, emissions, OBD and NVH.
• Lead a team of experts to achieve internal development targets on new engines and vehicles.
• Ensure cost reduction initiatives do not risk powertrain performance in serial production.
• Report to the quality team and project during development.

Requirements

• Driving license required.
• Engineering degree or similar (Master degree is a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience in PWT calibration or related topics.
• Knowledge of powertrain performances (efficiency/emissions, drivability, NVH).
• Project management skills (timing, quality, deliverables, reporting).
• Good English level (French is a plus).
• High sense of responsibility, goal-orientation and teamwork skills.
