Production Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Hybrid in Nigrán, Pontevedra, Spain (remote work allowed for a percentage of time to be defined)

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate all production activities for CubeSat subsystems.
• Contribute to project planning and proposal preparation using technical expertise.
• Collaborate with Team and Project Managers to ensure successful product development.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate production risks and opportunities.
• Manage non-conformities within the Quality Assurance System.
• Lead, manage, and develop the production technician team.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in production processes specifically for electronics manufacturing.
• Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Spain (Hybrid setup).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ECSS (European Cooperation for Space Standardization) standards.
• Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with IPC standards for electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in mechanical parts manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with Odoo ERP system.
