What you will do

• Manage daily activities and performance of the European industrial circuit protection R&D team.
• Determine and adjust resource allocation to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Lead engineering projects, applying broad technical aptitude to overcome complex development hurdles.
• Evaluate business and market needs to prioritize high-value engineering activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and performance standards across all product designs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high quality and performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in the industrial electrical industry.
• Advanced experience with Autodesk Inventor CAD software.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in the Basque region of Spain for this onsite role.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally to the United States.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in Engineering Management.
• Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Management.
