Location: Must be based in Madrid or Seville, Spain (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

• Lead the technical scope of projects from tendering to final commissioning.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and project stakeholders.
• Define and validate technical solutions aligned with specific customer requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across international project sites.
• Oversee engineering, integration, and testing activities including FAT, SAT, and UAT.
• Manage technical risks and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical project leadership within energy, industrial automation, or data centers.
• Proven expertise in the full project lifecycle: Tendering, Engineering, Execution, and Commissioning.
• English B2/C1 proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols like Modbus.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Energy, Automation, or Electrical Systems.
• Proficiency in Spanish or French.
• Experience with major industry vendors such as Schneider Electric, ABB, or Siemens.
