What you will do

• Represent Installation & Commissioning in new product development and simultaneous engineering meetings.
• Consolidate operational requirements from regional teams into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Provide technical electrical expertise during development, prototype, and ramp-up phases.
• Coordinate prototype testing, indoor tests, and site mockups as the primary I&C focal point.
• Manage the implementation of improvements based on lessons learned from prototype testing.
• Develop and drive cost-out initiatives and process optimizations for I&C technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams in new designs or processes.
• Proficiency in CAD-PLM tools (Teamcenter, AutoCAD), MS Project, and SAP.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required for international collaboration.
• Ability to work in a structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented manner.
• Experience as a Site Manager is considered a strong asset.
