TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist: Coordinate end-to-end recruiting logistics including scheduling interviews, documentation, background checks, and onboarding with an accent on managing across time zones, business units, and ensuring compliance. Onsite for first 2 months (Tuesday-Friday onsite, Monday work from home) at 15 Poinsettia, E. Rodriguez, Quezon City; after 2 months, hybrid (2x a week onsite)
Salary: 45,000 PHP gross + 13th month pay

What you will do
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across functions, time zones, and business units.
- Act as primary logistics contact for candidates and stakeholders during hiring.
- Assist with reference checks, background screening, documentation, and ATS compliance.
- Partner with hiring teams for interview readiness and feedback.
- Coordinate onboarding with HR and IT for day-one readiness.
- Monitor tasks, anticipate issues, and recommend process enhancements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, HR support, or shared services
- Must have experience with US recruitment
- Proven success managing end-to-end recruiting logistics, scheduling, documentation, and onboarding.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with recruiters, managers, and candidates.
- Proficient with Excel/Sheets, calendar tools, and ATS like Paylocity (preferred).
- Must be willing to work graveyard shift
