What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for search and monetization on desktop browser platforms.
• Lead experimentation programs to optimize search entry points, default experiences, and monetization surfaces.
• Establish success metrics in collaboration with Data Science and translate insights into roadmap priorities.
• Partner with Business Development to execute search partnerships and meet strategic commitments.
• Balance complex trade-offs between user experience, technical constraints, privacy, and revenue.
• Contribute to annual and quarterly planning to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in revenue-generating or highly monetized product areas.
• Proven track record of leading experimentation frameworks and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL and product analytics tools.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to balance user needs, privacy considerations, and business objectives.
• Must be based in the United States.
