What you will do

• Own and drive the product strategy for search to grow engagement and revenue.
• Lead end-to-end experimentation across search access points, default experiences, and monetization surfaces.
• Define success metrics with Data Science, analyze results, and make actionable decisions.
• Partner with Business Development to align product execution with partnerships and commitments.
• Navigate trade-offs between user experience, privacy, technical constraints, and revenue.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, identifying risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including revenue-impacting areas.
• Proven experience leading experimentation and driving business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with product analytics tools and SQL.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
• Ability to balance user needs, privacy, and business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
