What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for travel management function powering the platform.
• Set vision, roadmap, and team strategy including resource allocation and goal setting.
• Collaborate with design and hirify.globalering leaders on overarching strategy.
• Own teams handling roles, permissions, account setup, travel policies, reporting, insights, and integrations.
• Hands-on product work as needed to drive progress.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, including 2+ years in people management or group PM role
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and launching financial products at scale
• Relentless customer focus with strong UX instincts and analytical rigor
• Comfort working with technical teams
• Hands-on builder mindset excited to scale products from the ground up
