Salary: USD $120,000 - $200,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits

What you will do

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for Matcha Web growth, focusing on volume share and recurring high-activity traders.
• Design and run experiments like A/B tests, feature flags, pricing tests, and UX changes to improve acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
• Optimize onboarding, token discovery, quote presentation, and trade flows to reduce friction and boost successful trades.
• Leverage analytics, user research, and market insights to prioritize levers, communicate trade-offs, and track key metrics like DAU, repeat rates, and time-to-first-trade.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to ship quickly, drive top-of-funnel traffic, and align with broader product suite.

Requirements

• 5+ years Product Management in crypto/fintech or high-growth web products
• Proven track record shipping and scaling web products via experimentation and UX optimization
• Strong growth skills: funnel analysis, cohorting, experiment design, metrics, instrumentation
• Crypto-fluent: DEXs, wallets, DeFi/trading mechanics; active crypto user
• Data-driven, collaborative communicator who aligns stakeholders and executes
• Curious, humble, self-directed; thrives in async, distributed teams

Nice to have

• Experience with trading/investing products (DEXs, CEXs, aggregators)
• Familiarity with experimentation/analytics tools (LaunchDarkly, Segment, BigQuery, Amplitude)
