What you will do

• Specify, design, and implement functional circuit blocks to meet IC specifications for automotive applications.
• Perform transistor-level circuit design, simulation, and testing of analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Develop design validation and test procedures.
• Create and maintain detailed design documentation.
• Collaborate with digital design, layout, verification, test, and application teams.

Requirements

• Academic degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of relevant design experience, preferably in BCD technologies.
• Advanced knowledge in the design of mixed-signal blocks.
• Proficiency in the Cadence design environment.
• Understanding of semiconductor backend production, including testing, assembly, and failure analysis.
• Very good English language skills (C1) both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Willingness to support the layout of designed circuits.
